New York Pass Tips

  • Free one-hour session at HighFlyer Zipline
  • No age limit but weight restriction for safety: 65-300lbs. You will be weighed upon arrival
  • HighFlyer cannot hold personal belongings for you so plan accordingly.
  • Sunglasses & prescription glasses will require a securing strap during flight
  • Free return shuttle service for friends and family to the landing area as well as back to the Resort/Casino after landing
  • Laibility waivers must be signed before flying

Reservations

Zip Line Foxwoods Casino

  • Advanced reservations are required for HighFlyer Zipline at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
  • Visit HighFlyer Zipline's website to reserve your zipline time slot. You will need your individual pass numbers.
  • You will be asked to supply a credit card number to hold the reservation. Your credit card will only be charged if you do not present your active pass for the reserved tour or do not cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.
  • We advise that you check the weather at least 48 hours before your trip and reschedule with HighFlyer if inclement weather is forecast.
  • Your pass must be valid at the time of your reserved experience.

Redeem your ticket

  • Present your pass at check-in, located in the Fox Tower Rotunda next to the Fox Tower parking garage. You must arrive 15 minutes before departure location to have your pass validated for boarding.
